I only collect information directly when you become a client or a student.

When you come for a reflexology session or an Alexander technique lesson for the first time I will collect personal information. I need to hold your contact details such as your name, address, telephone, email for appointment purposes.

I also need to store your notes as a basic requirement of my professional standards. These notes will likely contain confidential personal information such as your medical history and details of current and previous sessions/lessons.

Why do I collect this information?

I collect personal data directly from you and use for the following purposes:

Holibrium stores and processes your personal data in the EU/European Economic Area (EEA).

How long will your personal information be kept

I keep information while you are a student/client and after you are no longer using my services.

I only store information for as long as I need it. I am required under my insurance policy and under the CNHC guidelines to keep your basic personal data and your session(s)/lesson(s) notes for eight years from the date of your last visit after which time the records will be destroyed or deleted (from storage place, clouds and backups).

The information I use for newsletter and newstext purposes will be kept until you notify me that you no longer wish to receive this information. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via text, email, call.

Booking tool

I use the booking tool 10to8 to manage bookings with clients. 10to8 stores and processes personal data on behalf of Holibrium. When booking online clients are asked to give their consent for their data to be stored and processed within 10to8. Here is the data stored:

Personal data entered by Sylvie Samuels to provide my services;

Personal data inputted by clients in order to create a 10to8 account or pace booking with Holibrium;

Specific personal information, for example name, date of birth and gender;

Personal contact information, for example address, telephone number and email address;

and information relating to the client's booking and use of Holibrium's facilities, for example, membership or client number.


Individual User data are used for the following purposes:

For booking appointments so that the client can access facilities and services;

To set up and send reminders for bookings via email, social media platforms and SMS messaging;

To send messages related to specific bookings via email, social media platforms and SMS messaging;

To send general messages from my business to clients;

To improve the provision of services.
