Screening questions

When you book an appointment, you will be asked COVID-19 related screening questions:

∞ Have you had the recent onset of a new continuous cough?

∞ Do you have a hight temperature?

∞ Have you noticed a loss, or change in, normal sense of taste or smell?

∞ Does any member of your household show any COVID-19 related symptoms?

Please answer those questions. If you have any of those symptoms, even if they are mild, please stay at home and reschedule your appointment.

When is Holibrium open?

Holibrium is opened:

∞ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00am - 6pm;

∞ Wednesday: 8:00am - 8pm;

How to book a session?

Sessions for Alexander Technique lessons, Reflexology sessions, Zone Face Lift treatments, facials and Tropic presentations are available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

I work some Saturday mornings. Please check availability with me or check online here.

Tropic presentations and pampers are sometimes held on a Saturday. Please check availability with me or online.

You can book by phone, by text, by email or online. In the online booking system, you can see your progress in the booking flow. It is also posssible to place multiple bookings in one single session.

How to make payment for your service and products?

Cash, cheque, bank transfer, cards and mobile pay are accepted. Payment for the treatment or lesson must be made on the day the treatment or the lesson is received.

Payments in advance are accepted and is required when buying gift vouchers or on ordering Tropic skincare products. You can pay in advance by cash, cheque, bank transfer and card. When paying with a card in advance, I will send through a link, a request for payment, for you to make payment using a secure checkout.

Gift vouchers:

∞ are valid 6 months from the date of purchase

∞ can be bought for treatments or in £ 5 denomination.

How to cancel an Alexander lesson, a reflexology session, a Zone Face Lift Treatment, a facial

It sometimes happens that clients have to miss or cancel their appointments, if you need to cancel you must:

∞ Give a minimum of 48 hours notice by telephone (or text message) from your appointment time. This will enable me to offer the appointment to another person. Your co-operation with this is very much appreciated.

∞ If less than 48 hours notice is given but more than 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

∞ If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full fee will be charged.

∞ Should clients not attend an appointment without any notification, they will be asked to make payment for the set appointment.

∞ In case of cancellation due to illness, please notify me as soon as possible.

If you arrive later than your appointment, this may result in a reduction in treatment time.
